Design of conventional and mechanical parking facilities

Every construction project requires the design of parking according to the applicable standard (residential parking, parking for offices, parking for commerce, etc.).
A parking solution is tailored to the unique needs and constraints of each project, such as: lot contours and size, topography, authorities’ spatial guidelines, etc.
Parking solutions can be provided at ground level, in an underground car park (parking basements), or in a car park on upper floors.

When there is a space shortage or restrictive plot conditions, parking can be designed using automatic parking facilities and parking multipliers. The use of such facilities is common when adding to existing construction within the framework of  TAMA 38 projects, and in general.
